What are the benefits of having a visionary blueprint?

Do you feel stuck, burned out, or overwhelmed when it comes to your business? Maybe you have days where you wonder why you're doing this, if you're ever going to get where you want to be, or why it has to be so hard. If so, you're not alone; I've been there, too.

I have run a business on my own and with a partner and it can be overwhelming either way. You're ultimately responsible for everything. You end up so busy taking care of the day-to-day that you don't have any time for yourself or to plan for the future. It can leave you feeling exhausted, like you're spinning your wheels.

But it's possible to overcome all of that, which is why I'm an operations strategist now. I love this opportunity to help women who started out so passionate about their business to rediscover that excitement, overcome the challenges they are facing, and plan for a better future.

When you work with me, it's an opportunity to vent, to bounce ideas around for input and validation, to have a listening ear. It's a time for you to remove yourself from the daily slog and live in the passion you had when you started out.

The Visionary Blueprint Strategy VIP Day gives you space to be your true CEO self, to create a holistic strategy for you as a human and for your business, and to help you feel confident and prepared for the next four quarters. Let me show you what I mean.

Become your true CEO self

What type of leader are you? Whether you like to DIY or collaborate, The Visionary Blueprint will give you a clear action plan for the next four quarters, saving you time and money while you strategically build your systems and team.

When we feel stressed and overwhelmed, it's normal that we no longer act like our best, ideal selves. So one of my goals during the Visionary Blueprint is to help you work through your challenges and become your true CEO self.

Take a minute to think: when you're at your best, what kind of leader are you? When you have a plan, how do you like to get things done? Do you like to DIY or collaborate?

Every time I work with someone on a Visionary Blueprint , it's amazing to see what kind of leader they are and how they execute their new plan. There are go-getters who hit the ground running and, by the next time we chat, they have a whole list of things they've accomplished. And there are the collaborators who want to continue to meet every week or two to talk through the next step.

At the end of the Visionary Blueprint, we'll have a conversation about what your needs are moving forward. Do you want a quarterly check-in, project support, or something more frequent or hands-on? Whatever is right for you and the way you work, you can be confident that you'll have the support you need.

Holistic problem solving

One of the most consistent problems that I see when it comes to operations is that people do things out of order. They try to solve the symptom, not the problem.

During the Visionary Blueprint VIP Day, we look at the whole business, we get into the nitty-gritty details of what's causing a problem, and we strategize to solve it. Here's an example.

While I was working with someone, we realized that the website they were using was the crux of all their problems. But the reality is that you can't just turn around and build a new website and have it ready to go tomorrow. The long-term solution is to change websites and processes, but you don't have to suffer over the three or four months it takes to make that happen.

So in addition to making a plan to switch websites, we came up with a temporary fix. We found a software that can act as a placeholder until the new site is live. Now that gives us time to eliminate the source of the problems and streamline the whole company.

If we only solved for individual symptoms, we would still have a terrible website causing constant headaches. With a holistic approach, we were able to get to the root of the problem and optimize the whole business.

Plan for the next four quarters

You need to develop a strategic plan each year to maintain your focus and motivation. And while it's true that many people like to do that toward the end of the year, the truth is that you can do this anytime, as long as you are consistent about it.

The Visionary Blueprint puts you on the path to do that and to execute over the next 12 months with confidence. It gives you an opportunity to reflect on what you've accomplished and then to think about these 8 questions:

  1. Where am I going?

  2. How am I going to get there?

  3. Why am I doing this?

  4. What values am I willing to lose money over?

  5. Who needs to be on my team?

  6. Which systems need to be improved?

  7. Are my financials where they need to be for growth opportunities or unexpected challenges?

  8. Is there anything else that needs addressed for me to feel ready for the year ahead?

Answer these eight questions with the guidance of an operations strategist that will really listen, pick apart problems, and find solutions with you and you will be prepared to tackle the year with confidence and clarity. You'll save time, save money, and enjoy your work and life more.

Are you ready?
